Marie – who has five children, 11 grandchildren and soon to be 12 great-grandchildren, is the first person in their 90s to climb at Craggy Islands scientific advisers..

She donned her best Union Flag dress and hat to celebrate the achievement and is known for her love of the UK, royal family and climbing.
